Frank's Place

We were there Mother’s Day. Despite not having a reservation, we were seated right away (and they were packed). Service was simply perfect. Food was amazing. Atmosphere fun and lively. We love Franks.

For approximately the last two years, I drive 1 1/2 hours to get to Frank’s Place where I meet up with friends. I find that the food is always consistent and excellent. The servers are always very helpful and professional. The staff knows how to make you feel welcome. I usually get one type of steak or another as well as appetizers. Always good. I have never had a bad meal here. The portions are of a good size and the quality consistent and excellent. For those folks that like really high-end steaks, they offer dry aged steaks. Plus, you can see the dry aging cabinets, where they dry age, the steaks. Definitely worth the trip. Looking forward to going back again for my next meal. As you could probably tell, I highly recommend this place!!

Franks Place was absolutely amazing. My mom and I were in town and made a reservation for two. It was our first time there as we live a bit away, and despite being a little lost at first, we were immediately taken care of and felt so welcome. Atmosphere was awesome, and the restaurant is HUGE! We sat on the patio which was so nice (highly recommend!). The owner went out of his way to ensure that we were seated and comfortable. Service was excellent and our waitress was super sweet. We even got a glimpse of the owner’s dog, which was of course a plus! We got the fried calamari with marinara as an appetizer, and each got the Apple Nut Salad with grilled chicken. Each were DELICIOUS. One of the best salads ever - great size, great chicken, and unique dressing. I can’t say enough good things - safe to say we will be making the drive to return very soon.

Frank’s Place is a true gem in Simpson! The food is absolutely delicious — everything from their wings to their signature dishes is made to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal with family or friends. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring you have a great experience every time. Plus, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Frank’s Place — you won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I love this place. If your looking a for a place with a low key atmosphere and great food, this is the place to eat. I highly recommend the risotto balls as an appetizer. The steaks are always perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'd your a pasta person, the vodka sauce here is absolutely amazing 10 out of 10.

Food is absolutely delicious. Big portions for good prices. I ate my fettuccini leftovers for 2 more meals. Garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots were phenomenal and my partner absolutely positively enjoyed his steak. We also got the rice ball app which was delicious with their vodka sauce.

Great service, food was great. We had chicken grazia, prime rib shaved flatbread, calamari, mozzarella sticks one of the burgers (can't remember which) and chicken alfredo. My family and I enjoyed every dish. My mom especially loved the amaretto margarita!!!

We are here recently after someone recommended it, and really enjoyed our meal. Everyone was EXTREMELY friendly and attentive and the food was great. We started with the stuffed jalopenos, which were excellent, then ordered the burger (which was very good) and the prime rib (which was excellent). We would absolutely recommend this restaurant. Great food and great service!
